The book will have to wait a while yet as my commitment to our success is 100% and it is my experience of operational start-ups that they tend to be labour and time-intensive - my team and I will be fully focused on personnel development and overseeing expansion opportunities for those that excel in the coming years. Our objective is to open a second operation in Australia within the first 12 months and be active in 3 locations within the first 18.
We are committed to fast tracking leaders and managers and already have a number of individuals who have already shown their potential as leaders.
